摘要

　　 客观条件限制，公路的修建速度总是低于前两者的发展速度。如何缓解公路压力，提高公路运输效率？发掘并充分利用现有条件，恐怕是最行之有效的方法。鉴于此，我们亚飞小组研制开发了慧达高速公路智能收费系统，从高速公路开始，对公路规费收费系统进行革命性的改造，实现免停车过站收费，以尽可能的缩减车辆行运时间，提升公路利用率。

智能收费系统作为的一种为政府提供公共产品，其经济效益是显著的，投资主体在衡量其经济效益时一般是非量化的，但就其注入成本而言是可以量化的，也就是怎样以最小的投入成本获取最大化的收益，这是我们沪宁高速公路引进智能收费系统的一个最根本的指标。

始成立于慧达高速智能收费系统的开发、生产、以及推广过程的亚飞科技开发股份有限公司，以诚信、热情、优质为企业理念，务实创新，力求为客户创造更多的财富。慧达高速智能收费系统所有设备都具有升级和扩展的可能。如在国家的支持下，全国所有车辆都安装了慧达的产品，该系统将发挥更大的作用，功能可扩展为智能的电子车牌，建立全国车辆信息管理系统。

ABSTRACT

  As the statistic material indicates, the total amount of the vehicles in china and the volume of goods transported are all increasing quickly and most of the Freeway are used overloaded. Limited by the objective conditions, the construction speed of the Freeway is always lower than the increasing speed of the vehicle and the volume of goods transported. How to relieve the burden of the Freeway and how to make the transportation more effective? The most efficient way is to make full use of the conditions we’ve got already. According to this, our Yafei Group developed the Huida Freeway Intelligent Charge System (HFICS) with which we make a revolution to the Freeway charge system. We can realize the non-stopping for vehicles to pass the charge station.

As a public product offering to the government the economic profit of HFICS is obvious. The Yafei Co. Ltd. devotes to the researching, producing and promotion of the Huida HFICS. We possess the corporation mind of sincerity, enthusiasm and high quality and try to make more fortune for customers. All the equipments of Huida HFICS have the capabilities to be up-graded and expanded. Under the support of the government, if all the vehicles are fixed with our HFICS, the function can be expanded to the intelligent electronic vehicle ID and set up the national vehicle MIS.
